Carlos La Grange

About Me:

I am excited to be returning an Education Specialist at Canyon Crest Academy for my 3rd year. While I still new to this campus, this will be my 13th year in Education. Before this I spent five years working in the Poway district. 

I am a native of San Diego, having grown up in Solana Beach. I graduated from San Dieguito Academy way back in the year 2000! I continued my education at UC Santa Cruz and then spent a number of years living in the Bay Area where I earned my Special Education Credentials, and Master's Degree. I am fortunate to now be living back in my hometown with my wife and two sons. 

I am passionate about pushing for greater inclusion of all learners across educational settings, and helping students develop the self-advocacy and communication skills that will allow them to unlock their full potential.
