Fitness Walking PE
Fitness Walking PE is a facilitated group walking class both on and off campus. Students will experience walking as a simple way to boost activity levels while improving overall wellness. Regular walking is a healthy habit that comes with a multitude of benefits such as:
Reducing risk of heart disease
Improving blood pressure
Enhancing mental well being
Strengthening bones
Improving balance and coordination
Assisting in lessoning feelings of being overwhelmed and helping to calm negative emotions
