Please check out the SDUHSD Tech Hub website for comprehensive technology support. This site contains all the information you could possibly need, including video tutorials.
You may also visit Mr. Jenkins in the Learning Commons to help diagnose and fix your issue.
For common issues (black screen, unresponsive wifi) a restart is often a good first step. To do a restart, press the "Refresh" (the circle with the arrow) while pressing the power button. Allow the power button to turn off and on before doing anything. The ChromeOS logo should return. If a restart did not solve your issue, please see Mr. Jenkins.
Cracked screens are unfortunately common. We recommend replacing the screen as soon as possible to avoid further damage to the Chromebook or yourself. Please see Mr. Jenkins for a replacement.
For the 2025-26 school year, we have a new fee schedule active now across the whole of the district. We no longer offer individual insurance as a coverage option. Please view this notice, sent out at the beginning of the school year, for more information.
