Research Interests

Dr. Tingting Tang is an assistant professor with joint position at Department of Mathematics and Statistics in San Diego State University and SDSU Imperial Valley. My research interests are

  • Numerical methods for ODEs and PDEs arising from population modeling or disease dynamic

  • Application of numerical algebraic geometry to optimization and machine learning methods

  • Development of deterministic models to study ecological phenomenon or epidemic.
