3. Click on plus symbol on upper right hand corner, which will drop down.
4. Select Email.
4. Select class to communicate to...
5. Select students or contacts to communicate too...You can select all students, all contacts, both, or multiple contacts and students with the check boxes.
Note all contacts will be selected, including emergency contacts, to send just to parents and guardians, you must filter the list.
6. Title and type message and press send on bottom right hand corner.
NOTE: This is one way communication - contacts and students cannot respond.
7. To send and email, press copy email in bottom right hand corner and copy into Gmail.
Note: Make sure to use BCC when sending the email in Gmail.
