The round thing inside the cell is the nucleus. You cannot see the vacuole. In the Salt water one you will see that the cells are irregularly shaped. You can also see the cell wall on the outside and the cell membrane and internal parts of the cell all shriveled up. In the water one you will see they are rigid in shape and there is no shriveling.
