*SDRC does not have the ability to add, change, or assist with issues related to the Service Provider Directory. SDRC cannot send out links to the Service Provider Directory. This is a portal that is run and managed by DDS.

SERVICE PROVIDER DIRECTORY TRAINING RESOURCES
Once your vendor number has been added to the directory, you will then receive and email from DDS requesting/prompting you to register a password. You will then be able to login on this page: Vendor Login - Provider Directory (servicenowservices.com) and navigate, edit, and verify your information in the portal using the instructions below for each vendor number listed.
