Thank you so much for considering to be a volunteer at our 3rd Annual SDRC Family & Vendor Resource Fair. At this time we only can have SDRC Employees as our Volunteers.

The day will be very busy and full of great times to enjoy our community. To have a successful event we will need several Volunteers who do several different jobs.

 
Prior to signing Up, please review the needs of the day:

• All Volunteers will need to wear a SDRC Logo T-Shirt paired with a pants and comfortable shoes would be best.

• There will be a lot of walking and on your feet throughout the day

• Jeans are fine, but no shorts or ripped clothing

• Volunteers will need to arrive 7:45AM to get their assignment and start helping Exhibitors get to their booths set up.

• Event ends at 3:30pm - we ask that all Volunteers work on keeping their areas clean and tidy for a quick clean up.

• Lunch will be provided to the volunteers and highly suggest bringing a refillable water bottle.

• Each Volunteer will be assigned a role that will help support Exhibitors, Breakout Sessions or Attendees. It is important to smile, engage and be innovative in supporting others.

  1. Subject Matter Expects: Specific volunteers will be assigned a SME for a specific table regarding a specific topic. This job is going to be specifically assigned by client service and you will be paired with someone for the day to be at your specific table at SDRC Row. If you are interested in doing this job please speak to your PM. Topics are: Self Determination, Participant Directed Services, Service for Age Groups (Early Start, Children, TAY, Adult), Residential, and Emergency Management). 

Most Importantly: you are an Ambassador to the SDRC Services and what the Attendees experience. Smile, Laugh, Welcome them and encourage interactions.
