Math Updates
Compacted Math Pathway
Starting next year, Jefferson Middle School will offer a compacted math pathway This pathway allows students who meet the criteria detailed below, to engage in learning the 6-8 Mathematical standards at a quicker scope and sequence. This will ensure that by the time students in this pathway enter Algebra in their 8th grade year, they have had adequate exposure and opportunity to learn all of the requisite math standards that are required of all students.
Please see this Compacted Math Informational Letter 2023-24 for more information.
