Welcome!

West Oak Middle Band Family,

I am so excited to be back for the new school year! It can be a little intimidating starting middle school and band (or continue...), especially if you have no prior band experience. I hope this newsletter helps answer some of your questions and helps prepare you for what lies ahead. 

Once the school year begins I will be sending weekly communication regarding upcoming events and I would encourage you to check your email and the website regularly. Emails should be sent to both students and parents that have their information in the system. If you feel like you are not getting regular emails I will also have information on the website at https://sites.google.com/sdoc.org/womband/upcoming-things. If you need to modify or add email addresses please let me know- sometimes we get blocked by spam/junk filters so be sure to add me to your trusted senders.
