Autobiography

Hello. My name is Stacie Coleman and I am thrilled to start my eighth year in education. I am also proud to be a NMS Tiger! I am a graduate of Newberry High School as well as Newberry College.  I began my teaching career in Fairfield County School District teaching fifth grade. During my time there I taught grades fifth grade and third grade.  Three years ago, I decided to come back home and teach. 

I am the mother of two amazing young adults. My son and daughter also graduated from Newberry County School District.  My son is currently attending the University of South Carolina and my daughter attends Georgia Southern University. I also have two fur babies that love their mama dearly named Stella Grace and EJ.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends making memories, reading, and listening to live music. This year, I look forward to serving the students of NMS, building long-lasting relationships and learners, and impacting the lives of students that I encounter for years to come.
