Ages 13–16 | Two-Week Program
Take the first step toward leadership. The Counselor in Training (CIT) program is a hands-on, immersive experience designed for teens who want to learn how to lead, mentor, and inspire younger campers.
Participants work closely with experienced supervisors while supporting campers ages 5–11, gaining confidence and responsibility in a supportive, structured setting.

CITs work in a bilingual environment, collaborate with peers from different backgrounds, and gain exposure to diverse work cultures.

Ready to take the next step? Camp Assistants play a key role in supporting daily camp life and ensuring a positive experience for all campers.
This opportunity is ideal for teens with previous camp experience, including former campers or CIT participants, who want to continue building leadership skills while giving back to the community.

Camp Counselors take the lead in creating engaging, meaningful camp experiences. This paid role is ideal for individuals with experience working with children who are ready to design curriculum, lead activities, and take on leadership responsibilities.
