In this camp you will earn how to make crazy colorful and unique artworks with water marbling, shaving cream art, create a giant fruit artwork, design your own shoes, sculpt with mix media and more! Each day you'll create a unique artwork, as well as create a larger week long project!
Week 2 June 29th-July 2nd : Clay Camp!
Learn the beginnings of hand building with clay! Sculpt, design, and decorate your unique artworks that can be used around your house! Clay has been used for thousands of years to create jars, vessels, jewelry, tiles, artworks and more! Now you’ll get the chance to make your own projects like clay beads, jars, dice, magnets, candle votives and more!
Each day you'll create a unique artwork, as well as create a larger week long project!
Week 6 July 27th-July 31: Adventure Art Camp!
Learn how to create your own coat of arms, create a wearable shield, draw, paint, and sculpt custom artworks! Dive into a magical world of unicorns, dragons, waterfalls, mountains and more! Each day you'll create a unique artwork, as well as create a larger week long project!
About Sarah and Art Deco Studios
Sarah Allen is the founder of Art Deco Studios in San Diego, where she leads creative, hands-on art programs designed to inspire young artists. With a strong background in visual arts education, Sarah is passionate about helping students build technical skills while developing their own artistic voice. Her classes emphasize experimentation, craftsmanship, and confidence, encouraging students to explore a wide range of mediums and techniques in a supportive environment.
For the past two years, Sarah has partnered with SDFAS, hosting several engaging classes on campus. Through her thoughtful instruction and dynamic projects, she has brought enriching artistic experiences to our students and become a valued member of our extended learning community.
