PHARMALASAKIT

The PharMalasakit Extension Program of the BS Pharmacy department focuses on providing quality education (SDG 4) and fostering partnerships for sustainable community development (SDG 17). Through this program, pharmacy students and faculty deliver healthcare education and solutions, and sustainable alternative medicines to the partner communities. The initiative aims to improve public health literacy while encouraging collaboration between healthcare professionals, local communities, and institutions.

Objectives:

1. Provide health awareness on proper healthcare practices, medication use and sustainable alternative medicines.

2. Introduce sustainable healthcare solutions to enhance public health and well-being of partner communities.

3. Strengthen partnerships with relevant stakeholders for sustainability and impact of extension programs.
