Hey Westwood wolves! I am missing you! I want you to stay safe and limit your contacts to only your family so we can get back to school soon! I am hoping to post some fun stuff on here for you to do. It's just for fun if you are bored and need a break. This is new for me and I'm pretty excited to try a post so bear with me while I see if I can do it.

The first is a spring read aloud with some simple yoga poses you can do to relax and stretch out. Hope you like it!

You might be asking why yoga? Well yoga helps you stretch your muscles and relax your mind. It's just a quick way to get your mind off of any problems you might be worried about today so enjoy! The little books are for mostly k-2. Older Wolves may like couch Will's 5 minute Yoga. Enjoy!

5 MINUTE YOGA WITH COACH WILLS

Good morning! I hope you are all doing well. I am missing you all and thought this would be a great way to check on you and see how you are doing! I will usually check on this first thing in the morning or right at the end of the normal school day so 8:00-3:00. You can send me questions or if you just want to talk I will be checking in on this site.
