Meet Mrs. Welsh - I love books - all kinds of books! As a 6th grade language arts teacher for the past 15 years, one of my favorite things is helping a student find that perfect book - the book that he or she doesn't want to put down. Not only is reading a great way to pass the time, it's also one of the best ways to improve comprehension, writing, and vocabulary. My goal is to help every student develop a love of reading and writing that will extend beyond the classroom.

Upcoming Book Clubs:

Book Club is completely optional and open to all students who have read the book for that month. Meetings take place during lunch.
