Parent-teacher conferences offer a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher(s). Westchester School District 92.5 utilizes a scheduling platform called PowerPTC. To get started, just log in with your PowerSchool Parent Portal username and password.
Online Sign-Up Opens: 11/08/2024 - 9:00 a.m.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Parents will have the option to choose between an in-person conference or a virtual conference via Google Meet.
Each staff member will have a unique Google Meet link, which will be shared with parents once the Parent-Teacher conference schedules are finalized. Families who choose the virtual option will join the meeting through Google Meet at their scheduled time. The Google Meet link can be accessed from any device, and parents/guardians won’t need to use their student’s Google account or device.
Google Meet also offers a translation feature that families can use during virtual meetings:

All meetings with teachers are set to default as in-person conferences. When you log into PowerPTC to schedule, you’ll have the option to change your conference to a Google Meet video meeting if preferred.
Guardians will now use their PowerSchool username and password to log into the PowerPTC website.
