Westchester School District 92½ students and their parents/guardians must complete and sign this Chromebook Agreement and return the completed form in order to have continued use of the Chromebook device and power cord they have received.

In addition, all Westchester School District 92½ students must sign an online Acceptable Use Student District Authorization for Electronic Network Access and Student Chromebook Agreement Google Form.

Please complete one Parent Chromebook Agreement form for each student.
