I have been teaching in District 73.5 for most of my career. I have taught first grade, sheltered English language and now kindergartenl! I have a bachelors degree in elementary education, a masters degree in early childhood education and I am endorsed to teach English language learners. 

I know my name may look intimitdating, but it is actually not hard to say.  The "M" is a silent letter.  The pronunciation is Pis-to-la-ree-dus.  I also go by Mrs. M. too!

I live in Edison Park with my husband and our four children. I enjoy cooking, reading and spending time watching my children play sports. I also love traveling with my family when we have the chance.  This past summer, we traveled to California where we went to Disneyland and Palm Springs. The weather was perfect!
