What's going on at Royal Oak
As we start the year, students and staff are getting back into routines (for some it has been 6 months not in the school routine). The focus of September and October in classrooms is developing a community, discussing the year ahead and engaging in learning activities.
From the counselling department we are developing relationships with classes and students, planning social/emotional and health learning for the year, and supporting the startup in the building.
Our Team
School counsellors provide a variety of services to Royal Oak students and their families with the goal of facilitating educational, personal, social and emotional development of students in the school and community.
