Brainstormed renewable and non-renewable energy types and briefly discussed why world is moving towards renewable sources of energy. Focused on wind and watched videos to learn about what they are and the competition. Students designed, then created wind turbine blades to go on a hub. Then we measured the voltage they produced with wind energy from a fan. Do research if you want and final design and official classroom testing will be on Thursday.
