Grad Dress Stress?!?!
Any students in need of a grad dress or suit? Why buy when you can rent? It is more affordable and more sustainable. To make an appointment with The Magic Wand email esurerus@telus.net or visit www.themagicwandproject.com.
#GRADitude Project It’s time to start organizing our #GRADitude project 2024. This is a tradition for ESQ grads and unique to our school. Grads travel to schools to thank staff. There are 38 seats on the buses for our trips to our feeder elementary and middle schools, which will occur on Thursday, May 30. If you are interested there will be a sign up on the Google classroom. See Mr Zemnaek if you want to visit other schools and or staff!
Grad Recognition Ceremony
Write-Up: It is traditional at Esquimalt for us to say a few words about you as you cross the stage at the UVic recognition ceremony to personalize the experience. Please complete the write up form https://bit.ly/ESQgradwriteup2024 As you write, keep in mind that this is a formal Recognition Ceremony, and the theatre will be filled with the family and friends of the Grads of 2024!
Grad Performance: The tradition of a full grad choir has come to an end… Grads are invited to collaborate with the music department on a musical performance during the ceremony-please email Ms Allison at kallison@sd61.bc.ca or stop by to see her if you are interested in being involved! All grads are welcome to be a part of it (back up singers, maybe a coordinated dance move with the grads?) Let’s get creative and make it fun!
