Hard Reset Your Chromebook

• Hold the Power key and the Refresh button at the same time for about 5 seconds or until Chromebook shuts down. (Refresh key is on the top row and looks like a circle with an arrow at the end).

Wait for 10 seconds. Press power key to turn back on. it may take a few tries to see if it comes back on.

If that does not work then check to see if your Chrome Os is up to date.
