Shawn Achor 's research teaches us that "our daily decisions and habits have a huge impact upon both our levels of happiness and success.” 

Stevenson students will learn about five different happiness tactics that build positive habits. Students will select one tactic to practice each day for 21 days!  The Stevenson 21-Day Happiness Challenge will begin on November 1.
