SWET
  • SWET (Students Who Exercise Together) exists to provide 7th and 8th grade students an opportunity for additional strength and fitness training after school while connecting them in a positive way with students and staff.

  • Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday 3:05-3:50pm (starting November 3rd) in the KMS weight room.  There is ALSO a Wednesday class with Coach Brett from the Summit from 1:30-3pm, this is an open class no need to sign up.

  • Sign ups (when available) will be below.  Students must sign up for each individual class they want to attend each week.

  • Our class count will be at the very bottom.  Students with the most classes will be able to attend field trips, earn merch, and have more entries for giveaways.

  • Students must have permission from their parents to stay late, and must have a way to get home other than the bus.

  • Students must maintain at least a 2 in work ethic in each of their classes to be eligible for the outdoor learning opportunities per the KMS activities standards.

DON'T MISS OUT: SWET end of year raffle and awards Wednesday 6/3 right after school in the cardio room.  Also the world premiere of the SWET 2026 video!  $900 in raffle give aways, you get one raffle ticket per class you've completed.  Check below for updated totals (yes this includes the bike trip) and stop by the cardio room and grab the exact number of pieces of paper (up on the whiteboard tray in a basket) for your raffle names.

These students passed grade check and got in paperwork for the 5/22 bike adventure day up Going to the Sun Road.
