SWET (Students Who Exercise Together) exists to provide 7th and 8th grade students an opportunity for additional strength and fitness training after school while connecting them in a positive way with students and staff.
Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday 3:05-3:50pm (starting November 3rd) in the KMS weight room
Sign ups (when available) will be below. Students must sign up for each individual class they want to attend each week.
Our class count will be at the very bottom. Students with the most classes will be able to attend field trips, earn merch, and have more entries for giveaways.
Students must have permission from their parents to stay late, and must have a way to get home other than the bus.
Students must maintain at least a 2 in work ethic in each of their classes to be eligible for the outdoor learning opportunities per the KMS activities standards.
