DragonFly MAX Instructions:

ATTN PARENTS/GUARDIANS: The following steps need to be taken in order to try out on 3/16/26:

Visit DragonFly MAX and complete the steps below:

-Complete your information, using your own email address or cell # (You will enter your student's email shortly).

-Follow the prompts and when indicated, enter our school name (FLATHEAD HIGH SCHOOL) or code (98TY48)

-Click "add a child"

-Create your child's profile, then use the arrows at the top of the page to complete all required documents and forms (can be found at link above) and upload them to your student's account:

1. PHYSICAL completed no earlier than May 1, 2025 **MAKE SURE ALL PAGES ARE FILLED OUT ENTIRELY** (including all necessary parent/guardian and Physician signatures) and that all pages (front and back) are uploaded to DragonFly.
