Hoopfest 2026

Flathead Hoopfest is Kalispell’s premier and longest-running annual youth basketball tournament, drawing teams from across Montana and Idaho each year. The tournament delivers outstanding competition across multiple age and skill levels, making it a highlight of the youth basketball season. Hoopfest 2026 is scheduled for the weekend of February 21-22, 2026. Divisions will be offered for both boys and girls in grades 4/5, 6, 7, and 8. Each team is guaranteed at least four games, with bracket play determining champions in every division. 

This year Hoopfest is thrilled to announce that we are members of the State's first ever Montana State Basketball Championship (MSBC) as one of the 8 Qualifying Tournaments. The MSBC's circuit offers an opportunity for teams to succinctly select their schedule for the travel basketball season while working towards playing for a State Championship! The MSBC will be offered for 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Boys and Girls teams.
