Summer Training begins June 15th
Mondays & Wednesdays: 8 - 9:30am - Technical Training @ KidSport. All players must have proper footwear and shinguards.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:45 - 9:15am - Flathead Agility and Strength Training (FAST) @ FHS Weight room.
** We understand athletes will be out of town or won't be able to make all sessions. But, if you are in town, you should plan to attend. We will only get better by putting in the work!
Summer Conditioning
Program will be provided to players individually and will consist of a mix of Plyometrics, Endurance and Speed work. Players are expected to begin the season in "soccer shape" to reduce injury risks
Tryouts - August 14, 17 & 18
All required forms need to be completed in DragonFly. See the main activities page for more information.
Sessions will run from 7-9am and 6-7:30pm. Players are expected to attend BOTH sessions
