Through a process of self-reflection, students and staff will be more likely to articulate that they have a place, can be themselves, and feel they can grow in a safe environment that supports diverse perspectives.
To create a culture of self-reflection across all courses to meaningfully meet the addition of self-reflection to the reporting order.
To use self-reflection as a tool to help students see the relevance of what they are learning now and how it connects to life after high school.
To use self-reflection as a means of enhancing both students' self regulation skills and their engagement with school and the learning process. (SSA)
