Connection Survey

As a staff we developed a new connection survey that we felt would support us in better understanding our students connectedness to staff and school. We wanted to know more about the experience and not simply that students were connected to an adult or peer. 

We created a student friendly version of the survey to allow for most students to complete this independently. 

Although successful in gathering information, we will be making changes to this survey moving forward, including...

• Offering "sometimes" in question 1

• Allowing students to choose their own teacher as a safe adult in question number 2

• Consider adding a "why" section to number 5
