Please note, we are looking for members to join the committees so we can get your feedback/ideas! Ideally we get at least 3 people on each committee. If interested in more information please email madisonpta44@gmail.com.
We are currently searching for people to help out with the following committees: Learning Garden, Field Day, Movie Night, Science Fair, Family Fun Fair. If you are interested please contact us.

Volunteer Application

All volunteers at Madison must complete a Volunteer Application before you will be allowed entry to school on a regular school day to volunteer. You can print the form at the link above and bring to the office with you or fill it out once you arrive. Please review the Volunteer Handbook before the date you plan you volunteering.

Get Involved – Membership and Volunteer Opportunities

We encourage all families to join the Madison PTA – including parents, grandparents, teachers, relatives and friends of the family! Your membership helps support many programs and activities for our children. You do NOT have to be an active volunteer to support the efforts of the PTA. Your $15 membership fee helps us bring all kinds of amazing events to Madison school!

Madison PTA is using MemberHub to manage memberships and communications. Click to login to MemberHub.

You can also complete the Madison PTA Membership Form (English) or Únase y apoye a Madison PTA (Spanish) and submit it along with the $15 per family membership fee. Please send the completed form and dues to school with your child in an envelope marked “PTA Membership”. There is also a box outside the front entrance for PTA drop offs.
