Welcome to 2nd Grade

Want to help your child have a successful year?

• Start each day with a good breakfast and bring an approved healthy snack to school.

• Supply your child with a spill-proof water bottle.

• Check your child's assignment notebook and sign it every night.

• Sign your child's Friday letter and don't forget to write back on the reverse side!

• Ask your child what book they are reading during read-to-self time in the classroom.

• Encourage your child to practice their skills on Moby Max and earn badges at home.

• Contact your child's teacher with any comments, questions, or concerns.

We would love to have you get involved!

• Join the PTA and be part of the fun!

• Volunteer for school events and class activities.

• Attend D44 School Board meetings. Check the calendar for specific dates, times, and locations.
