Thank you for reaching out to PVHS regarding the withdrawal of your student(s). I have attached a withdrawal form that will need to be completed and emailed to bfasbender@sd27j.net  . Once I receive this form from you, I will begin the withdrawal process by confirming the enrollment at your new school. If ANY status of school changes, please notify me immediately so that I can connect with the correct school.

In order to expedite the withdrawal process at PVHS, the following items will need to be addressed:

1. Any outstanding fees will need to be paid online through Infinite Campus or you can contact our Finance Secretary, Lilly Green, at lgreen@sd27j.net  or 303.655.8812.

2.  Any uniforms, locks, equipment, calculators, Chromebooks (with case and charger), textbooks, library books or school property will need to be returned. Your student’s account will be charged for any missing items.

3. Any items from the school that your student may not have been able to bring home, including yearbooks and items in lockers.

Requesting a Student Transcript

• In an effort to better serve our students and protect their privacy, 27J Schools Student Records have implemented the following procedure concerning transcript requests:

  1. Active 12th grade students - please use Naviance to request transcripts.  All transcripts will be sent to Colleges or Universities electronically through Naviance.
     
     

     • If seniors need a transcript for a scholarship application, please contact Mrs. Fasbender who is located in the Counseling Office.  

     • 
       

  2. Active 9th - 11th grade students - please see the Registrar for a copy of your transcript.
     
     

  3. Former students - please request transcripts by completing the Request for High School Transcripts form.  Requests will be processed within two business days.
     
     

  4. All education verification companies - You are required to provide a release executed by the student along with a written request. This may be the company’s own form if all pertinent information is provided. Verbal verifications cannot be given.
     
     

• GED certificates and diplomas are not part of the student’s permanent record.
  Former students specifically looking for test scores, please use the following sites.
