Greetings to all! My name is Mrs. Lindsley and I am new to the Seltice staff. I was raised in Vancouver, WA and I taught for Vancouver Public Schools for 21 years. Most of my teaching experience is in the elementary classroom, although I did teach middle school math & science for 4 years during my time in VPS. My brother, and an amazing lady by the name of Betty, inspired me to be a teacher. Being a teacher and seeing learning happening brings me joy. So, I keep trekking along on this wonderful journey hoping to make a positive impact in my students' lives.
I moved to Post Falls to be near my newly wedded daughter and son-in-law, who decided to plant their roots in Eastern Washington. I also have a son in Virginia attending college. Many, many moons ago while I was a student at Washington State University in Pullman, I took a few trips to North Idaho and absolutely loved it.
I thank you all in advance for your patience as I learn the ropes in Idaho. I am excited to get an understanding of the lay of the land as an Idaho educator, while also using the tools and methodologies I found to foster growth in my students!
