Welcome to Second Grade! My name is Shelby Livingston, and I am so excited to be your teacher this year at Greensferry Elementary.

After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2017, I spent time teaching preschool before continuing my studies in Elementary Education. Since then, I’ve had the joy of teaching both Kindergarten and Second Grade!

I strongly believe that open communication, showing up, and trying our best each day are essential to a successful school year. In our classroom, we also live by our Mustang Manners—Compassion, Integrity, Responsibility, and Perseverance. When teachers and families work together around these values, our students know we are all on the same team supporting their growth and success.

Outside of the classroom, you can usually find me exploring the outdoors with my husband, our two sons, and our silver lab!
