Throwers

The top twelve (12 for regular meets, 8 for All City Meet) throwers in each grade and gender group will be permitted to compete in the upcoming track meet. The top throwers will be determined by your throws during Trials or during meets.

If you are one of the top throwers, you can use your meet throws to qualify for the next week's track meet. If you are not one of the top throwers, you may use the trial day (any day before Friday of the week before the meet) to improve your spot.

The first discuss trials will be 4/8/21. The first shot put trials will be 4/9/21. Due to the lower numbers of throwers this year trials will not be needed.

After the first meet, an athlete who has not qualified may attempt to qualify on the practice day corresponding to the event.
