The City of Arlington Heights and School District 25 are excited to be a part of

the Special Olympics of Illinois.

Together, with staff, families and the community, our goal is to create opportunities for students to demonstrate their capabilities and passions to the world.

Coming together from multiple schools in the district, our team will be known as the

Arlington Heights All-Stars!

Arlington Heights is associated with Region B of the Special Olympics of Illinois. Region B provides programming for people in the counties of Lake, McHenry and North Suburban Cook.

Special Olympics Illinois MISSION

Provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
