FAQ's

  • Beginning in 2004, the Music Department has taken students to St. Louis on an every year basis to participate in a music festival.
  • We will be traveling with Bob Rogers Travel and participating in the Music in the Parks festival.
  • The estimated cost of this trip will be $450. Several fundraising opportunities will be made available.
  • We will be traveling on coach buses equipped with bathrooms.
  • We will need several parent chaperones to accompany us. Parents will need to pay for their portion of the trip. Adult costs will be slightly higher as they will be rooming in double occupancy rooms.
  • Students will be assigned to hotel rooms of 4 students. Adults will NOT be rooming with students.
  • I am afraid of heights, am I required to go to the top of the Arch? NO. Adults will remain on the ground level for students who are not interested in taking the tram to the top.
  • We will have a student/adult ratio of 4:1.
  • While at Six Flags, students will remain in groups with an adult supervisor.
  • Can we go swimming at the hotel? Sure, if we have enough time. You MUST have a Westfield adult present.
