Wellness Team

Meet your Peterson Wellness Staff!

Jenna Konno, LCSW, PPSC
Wellness Coordinator

Hi Peterson Pirates! I'm Ms. Jenna, your Wellness Coordinator! I'm looking forward to supporting you during your middle school years at Peterson! A little about me...I got my undergraduate degree from UC Santa Cruz and my Masters in Social Work from San Jose State University. I've been working with children, youth, and families in the education system for nearly 15 years, and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I enjoy camping, gardening, and spending time with my family.

The Wellness Center is a great place for students to take space, access their coping skills, and maybe learn some new ones! I am someone on campus who is available to check in with students who may be going through a tough time. I can support with problem solving, navigating peer and family relationships, linkage to therapy services, educate about mental health topics, listen judgement free, and much more!

Parents and Families, I am also a resource available to you too :) I can support you in understanding your pre-teen/teen better, link you and/or your family members to therapy services,  teach parenting techniques, and provide mental health information and resources.
