Is Your Chromebook Not Turning On?

Try a Hard Reset!

1. Plug your Chromebook in for one minute, keeping the screen open

2. Hold the power button down and count to 20

3. Release the power button

4. Push the power button down for one second, release it, and see if it turns on

5. If it doesn't turn on, come see the librarians and let them know that you tried a hard reset
