Personal Best Attributes

1. Directions are followed.

2. Attention is paid to detail - enough information is included to communicate clearly the idea it represents.

3. Sentences are complex, complete, and meet grammar and convention standards.

4. Assignment is easy to read - neat, legible handwriting and/or font is used.

5. Formatting and the use of white space is appropriate to the assignment. (Example: not drawing a tiny little picture when a whole page is given.)

6. Straight lines are always done with a ruler.

7. Coloring is well done.

   • Whatever is colored, the white space is filled completely.

   • Coloring is done neatly, such as coloring in one direction, coloring in the lines, and being able to read the text through the coloring if necessary.

8. Any graphics are done to the best of your ability and labeled when needed.

9. Final drafts on larger assignments, and all projects, must be typed or done in ink.

10. You must be PROUD of your work - you feel that your work represents the best work you are capable of producing.
