In order to earn points towards the IB diploma for TOK, notice the above chart. It can be a little bit confusing, but the reality is that to get points you need to do really well on both TOK and EE, or exceptionally well (which is VERY difficult) on either your EE or TOK to earn points towards the diploma.

*Also it is important to keep in mind--it is possible to earn the diploma if you score 0 points on TOK and EE. You must, at least complete the TOK course with a completed exhibition and essay, as well as complete the extended essay.
