The therapy team at SCTC is experienced in providing research-informed services that support your specific goals. Each licensed therapist has their own areas of specialty, and clients of all ages are welcome. You might opt for longer-term services for a more in-depth exploration of your history and relationships. Some clients prefer short-term goals, such as navigating a significant life transition or support with parenting challenges. SCTC therapists begin with a "welcome session" to better understand why you're seeking support, and what you'd like to accomplish. You'll have an opportunity to evaluate progress throughout treatment so your therapist can shift focus to provide the most effective services possible.
Call, email, or visit the secure, virtual Client Portal to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation.

Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call Santa Cruz Therapy Collective directly at 831 302-2323.
