You can pay your sports fees in a few different ways. The list of options are below.

*Note* Check can be made to Streetsboro City Schools

1. You can pay with cash or check by visiting the office at your student-athletes school office or the athletics office. You can also give a cash or check to your student-athletes coach, who will then turn it in to the athletics office. 

2. You can log in to Final Forms and click on the pay tab under your student-athletes name and sport. Here you can pay their fee. Be aware that there is a 6% credit card fee applied to this payment method.

Sports fees are listed below:

• Middle School - $100.00

• High School - $150.00

*Sports fees are due before the first contest your student-athletes team participates in.*

We created an easy to use contact us form which is below. If you need to contact us for any reason, please fill that out and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You can also reach us directly by calling the schools main phone line, 330-626-4900, and follow the prompts to get to the athletics office. You can also find email addresses for the athletic department staff and coaches on our Staff & Coaches page.

To participate on any of our schools sports teams, your student-athlete will need the following:

• Most importantly, a sports physical. This tells us your student-athlete is medically cleared to participate in a sport.

• Up-to-date information on Final Forms. This ensures that the school and coaches all have the correct information such as, contact information, medical information, etc. 

• A paid sports fee, or a payment plan in place to ensure their fees are paid before competing in an athletic event.
