Kindergarten at SCSP!

Kindergarten is a magical year in the life of a child! Throughout the year in Kindergarten we are working to develop a strong foundation in reading and math while also fostering essential social and emotional skills.During the year, we work very hard with the students to master letters and sounds, in order to promote great readers.  Our students utilize hands-on materials to best learn their Math skills and numbers.  We teach our students about our state, country and world and we experiment and investigate during our Social Studies and Science lessons.  Most importantly, we begin to build a solid Catholic foundation by attending Mass and learning about Jesus through our Religion programming.
