Mrs. Kristy Norris is excited to begin her fifth year at Springfield Catholic Schools. This will be her 11th year teaching. She has taught band, jazz band, choir, guitar, general music, music theory, music history, and music appreciation to a variety of students from pre-school through college age.

Mrs. Norris received her Bachelor or Music Education from Missouri State University in 2008. She continued her education earning her Master of Music with and emphasis in wind band conducting in 2011, also from Missouri State University.

Kristy has been married to her husband Ryan for 10 years; They have two children, Ruthie who is 7 and Gus who is 5, both attend St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School.  Mrs. Norris' hobbies include playing and watching sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues, playing on the lake, riding her horses, and playing with her dogs, Millie, Molina and Kelce.
