Submitting a Helpdesk Ticket
To fix an issue you are having with technology, please send an email to: helpdesk@scsbluestreaks.net
You can also search "Helpdesk" in your GMail contacts.
Include:
Name
Building
Room Number
Description of the issue. Be specific. Include screenshots if necessary.
A member from the IT Department will be assigned within 24-48 hours to help fix the issue. You will receive an email when your ticket is completed.
If you have an emergency, please call the Helpdesk Hotline at x4357 (HELP).
