Beginning August 27, Smyth County Schools will be offering a Homework Hotline to assist students during this time of virtual instruction. This option will be available Sunday – Thursday nights between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Teachers will be on call to assist students with their homework needs.
To access this hotline, dial 276-783-2634. Once connected, you will select from the following options: Press 1 for Elementary support, Press 2 for Middle/High support, or Press 3 for Career & Technical (CTE) course support.
Smyth County Public Schools are offering an after-hours help desk to assist parents/guardians and students with hardware and Internet connectivity issues related to the devices issued by the schools to students (Chromebooks).
The help desk is staffed from 4:30-8:00 pm each evening Monday through Thursday when school is in session. To reach the help desk, call 276-646-2140. More information can be found on our website.
