From the toolbar, select the share icon
Choose Permalink from the drop-down
The Share Permalink box opens

To copy the URL only, click on the copy icon
To copy the title & the URL, click on the copy button
The permalink is copied to the clipboard and can be pasted as needed.

The permalink tool also creates links to text annotated with the highlighter or comment tool.
Click on any text annotated with the highlighter or comment tool.
When the context menu appears, click on the permalink icon.
The Share Annotation Permalink box opens.
