They ranked 3rd in the state with a portfolio of $142,007.38. That outperformed the S&P 500 in the same time period by nearly 30%.

This was our first year competing, but they still turned $100,000 into $119,260 in just ten weeks.

I am blessed with my wife, Madison, and our two kids, Samuel and Caroline.

Born and raised in Screven County, I am grateful to have the opportunity to teach at my alma mater. After graduating from SCHS in 2005, I earned a Master of Education in Secondary Social Studies from Georgia Southern University. I have been teaching full-time since 2010.

Why did I become a teacher? I always loved American history and culture, and want future generations to cherish the founding principles of our country. My hope is that you all become great Americans in this land of liberty and opportunity!
